We have cautiously reopened all sites and services across the Southeast to fully serve our customers with the best express car wash services in every neighborhood we serve.   We continue to follow CDC guidelines for increased cleaning of all consumer touch points at our sites as well as proper social distancing where appropriate.   The safety of you, our customers and our employees continues to be our first priority.  Thank you for your patronage through this global pandemic.   We enjoy serving you.

Sites that are currently open – car wash sites that are allowed by the government to remain open will continue to follow every CDC guideline on cleaning best practices and social distancing of employees and customers using the car wash.   To that end we have:

  • Suspended all Detailing and Full Serve Interior cleaning of cars where that service was available
  • Suspended the sale of new Unlimited Wash Club memberships
  • Vacuum areas will have every other bay open to provide proper social distancing between customers cleaning their cars.
  • Public bathrooms and office reception areas will be temporarily unavailable to customers and the general public.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting all pay stations and frequently used equipment including vacuum handles throughout the day
  • Community Paper towels and window spray in the vacuum areas has been temporarily removed to eliminate sharing germs across customers and employees
  • Temporarily we will not hand out beloved Goo Goo air fresheners

 

Sites that have been temporarily closed – we are complying with all state and federal government mandates to close when instructed.   At those sites we will post if there is a sister site for you to use instead of the closed site.  In the event there is not an alternative option in your neighborhood, we are immediately pausing Unlimited Wash Club memberships until we are able to reopen and you will not be charged for your monthly membership during this temporary closure.  You do not have to do anything to pause – we will do everything for you.   And we look forward to sharing a Grand Reopening Celebration with you hopefully sooner than later  (with tons of Goo Goo Air Fresheners!) at which time your regular monthly membership charges will recommence.  But we will only reopen at these sites when local or state officials have given us direct permission to do so.

At ICWG, parent company of Goo Goo Express, our number one priority is to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through the unchartered territories of COVID-19. Currently, our car washes remain open across the U.S. to provide quality cleaning of your vehicles. We also take seriously the role in supporting the CDC, state and local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus.

Accordingly, we have increased all precautions we are taking to disinfect our customer touchpoints regularly throughout the day in order to do our part to help slow the spread of the virus. Our express car washes will continue to clean your vehicle using the best biodegradable soaps, polishes, and sealers – all while you stay safe in your car.
